We have recently updated our software with a Remote Help feature, which
enables us to connect directly to our customers' computers to help sort
through any problems that arise. This enhancement proves useful when our customers recieve a message that they are not familiar with, or need a short refresher in a certain task or exercise.
This option also cuts down travel and training costs for ShopEdge and our customers alike. Stampers with locations outside of Ontario and in the United States significantly lower their initial training costs, making ShopEdge Software even more affordable for small manufacturers.
