We have recently updated our software with a Remote Help feature, which enables us to connect directly to our customers' computers to help sort through any problems that arise. This enhancement proves useful when our customers recieve a message that they are not familiar with, or need a short refresher in a certain task or exercise.

This option also cuts down travel and training costs for ShopEdge and our customers alike. Stampers can significantly lower their initial training costs, making ShopEdge Software even more affordable for small manufacturers.

ShopEdge is excited to announce the upcoming release of our new web-based APQP system, the first of its kind for the Metal Stamping Industry. For a monthly fee, this subscription-based service keeps track of all APQP-related information, and keeps your projects on schedule by informing users of pending due dates and PPAP through automatically generated email reminders, or by logging into the system to view and report on task progress. Customers can stay informed by subscribing to weekly status reports, or by logging into the system directly to view shared information.
